These Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa Bites

Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Add sauce: Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir to coat.
