Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  2. Unroll dough and place in pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan, pressing up and over sides at least 1 inch.
  3. Place string cheese around inside edge of crust. Fold extended edge of dough over cheese and pinch firmly to seal.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough.
  5. Top with pepperoni and shredded cheese blend.
  6. Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Cool slightly, cut into wedges, and enjoy warm.
Tip: Brush the folded crust edge with garlic butter before baking for extra flavor!
Leftovers? Reheat slices in a skillet over medium heat for a crispy crust and melty cheese.
