HOMEMADE CHEESY GARLIC BREADSTICKS

Ingredient Quantity
Prepared pizza dough 1 package (10 ounces)
Melted butter 1 tablespoon
Garlic, finely chopped 1 clove
Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon
Dried basil 1 tablespoon
Salt As needed
Pepper As needed
Instructions:
Preheat Oven & Prep Dough: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the prepared pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and finely chopped garlic. Brush this mixture evenly over the surface of the pizza dough.

Add Cheese & Spices: Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered dough. Then, sprinkle the dried basil over the cheese. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Cut into Strips: Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into stick shapes. Cut it lengthwise into about 7 long strips and then widthwise into 3 shorter slices. Do not separate the strips; keep them together on the baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the breadsticks are lightly browned and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Roll & Serve: Remove from the oven. While still warm, carefully roll up along each strip to slightly separate them, and then remove them from the baking paper.
Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
