Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
Instructions:
Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Roll out the dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, approximately 12×18 inches.
Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Mix well.
Brush with garlic butter: Brush the entire surface of the rolled-out dough with the garlic butter mixture.
Add Parmesan cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the garlic butter-coated dough.
Add mozzarella cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the Parmesan cheese.
Roll and cut: Starting from one of the longer sides of the rectangle, carefully roll the dough into a log. Slice the log into approximately 12 equal-sized pieces.
Arrange on baking sheet: Place each breadstick onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Garnish and serve: Remove the breadsticks from the oven and sprinkle them with finely chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm.
