🥕 1 carrot

 

 

 

🥒 1 courgette

 

 

 

🧀 100 g of light grated cheese

 

 

 

🥚 3 eggs

 

 

 

🥛 200 ml of skimmed milk

 

 

 

👩‍🍳 Preparation steps:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

 

 

 

Grate the carrot and cut the zucchini into thin slices or small pieces.

 

 

 

Fry the vegetables for a few minutes in a pan with a little olive oil (optional) to soften them.

 

 

 

In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the skimmed milk and grated cheese. Mix well.

 

 

 

Add the cooked vegetables to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper and add herbs to taste (basil, thyme, oregano, etc.).

 

 

 

Pour the mixture into a non-stick mold or one lined with baking paper.

 

 

 

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the quiche is golden brown and set.
