Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (red or yellow, finely chopped)
  • A bunch of fresh dill and parsley , finely chopped

FOR THE MAGIC DRESSING:

  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 25 ml red wine vinegar
    30 ml water
    1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
    3 teaspoons sugar
    ½ tablespoon sweet paprika 
    5 garlic cloves , minced
    Optional Additions:
    Fresh chili or cayenne pepper for a spicy kick 

     Instructions
    Step 1: Prepare the Tomatoes
    Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
    Cut them into slices, wedges, or bite-sized pieces, depending on your preference. Arrange them in a large mixing bowl or serving dish.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil red wine vinegar water salt sugar sweet paprika , and minced garlic .
    Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. For a spicier twist, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or finely chopped fresh chili.
